This is a A2 card base in Peekaboo Peach paired with the Playful Palette DSP stack for the hint of color on the side and the balloons. The "Thinking of You" image was stamped using Peekaboo Peach classic stamping pad and the "on your" was stamped with Memento black ink onto Whisper White card stock. I stamped the "Birthday" banner onto a scrap of Whisper White card stock with the Peekaboo ink, cut the image out using the Bunch of Banners framelits & my Big Shot. I popped the banner up using dimensionals.
I used the large balloon from my Balloon Bouquet punch to cut 3 balloons which I then embossed using the corners of the Confetti TEIF and my Big Shot. 2 of the balloons were popped up using dimensionals. I finished it off by adding bows from some baker's twine that I had hanging around the craft room.
